USHat is one size fits all. Stretches to fit. May be uncomfortable until the hat conforms to your head size. Then it should be more comfortable. Wear it an hour a day for a couple of weeks, then try it for a couple of hours a day. Work it in until it’s comfy. Nice material. Peace
